fifth day - wicklow daytrip

today we will go to wicklow aka the garden of ireland. it didn't started well though, sis gave us the wrong place to wait for the wild wicklow tour bus to pick us up... luckily though, i managed to call the company and the guy on the phone gave us a new pick up place. we waited almost an hour in the cold morning weather for the bus to arrived..anyway, it's fun if you do it once a while, not EVERYDAY....

this old man try to swim in the icy cold water, and he really did it. we wondered if the tour company had paid him to perform this stunt. according to bro, it seems to be a tradition in dublin to come and take a dip in this icy cold water after x'mas morning prayer, at exactly this place

we reached wicklow garden around 10am..we will have a walk around this big park to enjoy the surroundings and sceneries...and mind you, the first place we passed by is an old cemetery...haiyoh...terrible!!was snapping pictures until mom ask to stop taking, to avoid annoying the spirits around there...this place is definitely a stunner! it's just breathtaking and beautiful! our guide told us braveheart and p.s. i love you were filmed here to capture the countryside view..

after the whole afternoon in the park and have a delicious lunch, we headed back to dublin with heavy heart. i just love the place and if i ever come to dublin again, will definitely join this tour again...just lovely!!!

we reached dublin around 4 pm...still 2 hours before sis finish her work..therefore, we went walking around the city area, looking for some cream that airin's aunt have asked and also shopping for souvenirs. we also tried to find charger for my ixus 75, hoping to get something around 10 euro...tough luck!!!couldn't find any though... ohh,btw, today is 23rd december, meaning tomorrow will be x'mas eve...yahoo!!!!i will finally celebrating white x'mas this year!!!!a bit sot sot already...
